Job Title Director, Enterprise Strategy

Overview Our client is a large, globally established financial services organization with a strong presence across multiple markets. The firm is undergoing a period of strategic growth and transformation, focusing on strengthening enterprise-wide alignment, expanding into new markets, and driving long-term value creation. The strategy function plays a highly visible role, partnering closely with executive leadership and governance bodies to shape key business decisions.
Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of enterprise-level strategic priorities in partnership with senior leadership.
Lead and contribute to high-impact initiatives, including market expansion, business transformation, and corporate development.
Facilitate strategic planning cycles, including preparation for executive and board-level discussions.
Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to inform decision-making.
Translate complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between corporate strategy and business unit objectives.
Prepare executive-level materials, including presentations and briefing documents for leadership forums.
Act as a key contributor in driving strategic initiatives from concept through execution.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or strategic transformation roles.
Background in a top‑tier consulting firm or large, complex organization preferred.
Strong track record of working on enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior executives.
Experience supporting or leading strategic planning processes.
Advanced analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, with ability to synthesize complex information.
High level of ownership, with the ability to independently drive workstreams.
Undergraduate degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is an asset.
Background Screening Background screening is required as part of the onboarding process. The type of screening will vary based on the position and client requirements.
