Job description
Contribute to brewery operations as a Packaging Operator with Figueroa Mountain Brewing Co. This full-time position emphasizes efficient operation of packaging equipment and quality management.

The Packaging Operator will operate and maintain equipment while ensuring that all packaging meets quality control standards. Responsibilities include product transfers, maintaining cleanliness, and reporting issues to the Packaging Manager. You will manage the entire packaging process to deliver high-quality products on schedule and in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices.

Key Responsibilities: • Start up and shut down packaging equipment • Ensure packaging materials are ready for production • Fill packages to achieve maximum yield and accuracy • Palletize and label finished products for storage • Clean all equipment and alert to any packaging issues

Requirements: • One year of packaging equipment experience • High school diploma or GED • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices • Must be at least 21 years old • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
