Job description
Join the forefront of dental leadership as VP of Dental Operations and Growth, focusing on improving profitability at GP and Specialty practices. This dynamic role demands a hands-on leader ready to implement impactful changes.
In this position, you’ll manage a growing portfolio of dental practices, ensuring operational efficiency and synchronizing services across disciplines. Your strategic oversight will aim at increasing patient counts while enhancing clinical capabilities and staff performance. You’ll be the key to turning around underperforming segments and promoting lasting improvements.
Key Responsibilities: • Ensure full P&L oversight including labor and EBITDA growth • Create actionable growth strategies for regional clinics • Drive performance audits to resolve operational issues • Foster synergy between GP services and specialty care • Recruit and mentor managers for enhanced leadership
Requirements: • 8-10 years relevant multi-site dental management expertise • Track record of scaling dental groups of 15+ locations • Effective communicator in both business and clinical spheres • Familiarity with dental software systems • Willingness to travel regularly for operational support
