Job description
Join JLL as a Vice President, Capital Projects, and lead major initiatives in the commercial real estate sector. Bring your expertise in project management and contract negotiation to oversee large capital ventures.

In this leadership role, you will manage project lifecycles while balancing resources and finances effectively. Your focus will be on providing governance and ensuring best practices are followed on institutional and industrial projects. You will also support your team in problem-solving and review project deliverables to meet stringent client expectations.

Key Responsibilities: • Negotiate and execute contracts efficiently on capital projects • Oversee project milestones while balancing resources and budget • Provide leadership in governance and project framework • Conduct peer review assessments of critical project deliverables • Establish and track performance criteria to surpass client expectations

Requirements: • 12+ years in Management Consulting or Project Management • Proven experience in Institutional and Industrial Real Estate • 5+ years in managerial and leadership roles • Industry qualification such as PMP or LEED • Experience leading projects of $10M+ without supervision
