Job description
Join Permacon as a Customer Experience Manager and lead a talented team to drive customer satisfaction in Ontario. This position focuses on enhancing service operations.

Located in Milton, you will supervise Customer Experience Coordinators and support staff, ensuring the exceptional delivery of orders and services. The role includes developing sales procedures, managing logistics, and coordinating team training. Your analytical and leadership capabilities will be pivotal in fostering collaboration with other departments to achieve overall excellence.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead a team of Customer Experience staff across multiple locations • Implement effective customer service best practices • Train and mentor team members for optimal performance • Develop solid relationships with sales and logistics teams • Resolve issues and improve customer interaction

Requirements: • Minimum 5 years in Customer Service and supervisory experience • Relevant college diploma or equivalent experience • Strong analytical and decision-making skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Fluent in English, spoken and written
