Job description
Lead transformative security projects at Amazon Web Services as a Global Delivery Practice Manager. Manage a high-performing team while engaging with C-level clients and delivering innovative solutions.

As a Delivery Practice Manager in AWS's ProServe Security team, you'll build and guide a team of Delivery Consultants and Engagement Managers. Your role involves architecting and implementing cutting-edge IT strategies while overseeing project delivery and driving business development initiatives. Cultivating strong relationships with clients and internal teams is key to ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities: • Build and manage a high-performing team of Delivery Consultants • Collaborate to deploy solutions and provide new feature insights • Oversee the implementation of innovative IT strategies • Manage practice P&L for on-time, budget-compliant delivery • Drive business development initiatives surpassing customer satisfaction

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field • IaaS cloud computing transition knowledge • Experience in IT consulting/management roles • Program management experience including multi-project leadership • Proven delivery of large-scale enterprise IT projects
