Job description
Drive financial excellence as an Associate Director of FP&A, overseeing critical planning and analytical functions. This senior role emphasizes business intelligence and process improvement across the organization.

As a strategic partner to senior leadership under the AVP of Finance, you'll manage a team of three analysts. Your focus will be on accurate forecasting, variance analysis, and presenting impactful financial insights. You'll also work closely with IT and Finance to streamline reporting processes and enhance data quality.

Key Responsibilities: • Own the monthly management reporting process • Review and challenge financial results for clarity • Prepare and present financial analyses to executives • Assist in annual budgeting and periodic forecast cycles • Drive improvements in Power BI dashboards

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required • CPA or CFA preferred for this role • Minimum of 6 years in FP&A • Advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft Office • Fluency in French and working English proficiency
