Job description

Join a transformative chapter for St. Joseph's Neighbourhood as the Director of People and Culture. This senior leadership position emphasizes a values-driven approach to workforce stewardship, culture integration, and spiritual care. Work closely with the Executive Director and leadership team to embed mission in daily practices and long-term strategies for sustainability.

Key Responsibilities: • Plan, recruit, onboard, and retain workforce effectively • Manage labour relations in a unionized setting • Ensure compliance with employment policies and people risks • Embed mission and values within organizational systems • Design engagement strategies and culture diagnostics

Requirements: • Senior HR experience in mission-driven organizations • CPHR, CHRP, or CHRE designation preferred • Expertise in culture-building and leadership development • Proven skills in principled negotiation • Commitment to integrating spirituality into professional fields
