Job description
Drive financial insights at Nature’s Path Foods as a Senior Manager, FP&A in Richmond, BC. This contract role shapes planning and reporting, ensuring informed decision-making across the company.

As the Senior FP&A Manager, you will collaborate closely with senior leaders and the BI team. This position focuses on delivering strategic financial insights while overseeing business partnering, planning, and performance reporting. Your expertise in financial analysis and reporting will guide executive decisions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities: • Partner with leaders to define KPIs and reporting needs • Translate business questions into actionable financial insights • Ensure consistency in metrics across departments • Lead Annual Operating Plan and forecasting cycles • Analyze monthly results against targets and budgets

Requirements: • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis • Strong leadership skills working with senior stakeholders • Familiarity with reporting systems and financial logic • Ability to communicate complex data effectively • Experience in scenario analysis and strategic planning
