Job description
Join On as the Strategic Lead for Key Accounts, driving sales and brand visibility with leading sports retail partners. Foster strong relationships and capitalizing on consumer insights.

In this pivotal role, you will own key account relationships and develop commercial strategies to optimize selling efforts. Your advanced analytical skills will guide data-driven decisions and effective product assortment management. Collaborate with various functions to enhance brand storytelling and execution, while preparing impactful presentations that resonate with retail partners.

Key Responsibilities: • Own relationships and develop strategic plans for key accounts • Identify and implement mutual growth opportunities • Advocate customer needs in internal discussions • Analyze data to optimize sales and product strategies • Enhance brand awareness through effective launches and events

Requirements: • 7+ years in sales or merchandising roles • Experience managing premium global accounts • Strong proficiency in analytical and forecasting techniques • Expertise in the sportswear market and trends • Willingness to travel up to 30%
