Job description
Join a reputable mechanical contractor in Vancouver as a Mechanical Estimator and Project Manager. Manage large-scale projects collaboratively while enhancing your skills among industry experts.

This boutique contracting company offers a unique opportunity for a growing Project Manager to work directly with skilled PMs and Foremen. You will manage projects from inception to completion, oversee scopes related to mechanical systems, and mentor junior members of the team. Your role will focus on maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring project success through effective collaboration.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage full project lifecycle from pre-construction to completion • Oversee and analyze change orders regularly • Conduct site progress assessments with walkthroughs • Coach junior colleagues and build team relationships • Lead communication with stakeholders including subs and consultants

Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of Project Manager experience • Prior estimating experience on North American projects • Demonstrated skill in managing projects start to finish • Technical knowledge of mechanical systems • Proficient in relevant computer programs and tools
