Job description

As part of KONE’s mission to enhance urban life through innovative solutions, we need a Construction and Modernization Supervisor in Ancaster. This role demands over five years of experience in construction management, with leadership capability to manage teams effectively. You will influence project outcomes through your understanding of code requirements while fostering a collaborative environment for your team.

Key Responsibilities: • Direct and oversee construction site activities • Ensure adherence to building codes and industry standards • Build relationships with general contractors for project success • Manage resources and team dynamics efficiently • Promote safety and quality on job sites

Requirements: • 5+ years in a construction or modernization role • Strong leadership and supervisory background • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or 7+ years of experience • Knowledge of local building systems and compliance • Commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace
