Job description
Lead a high-performance team as APU Head at our Toronto facility, ensuring exceptional vaccine production through autonomous operations and compliance. Drive a culture of safety and quality in manufacturing operations.

In this strategic leadership role, you will oversee the Autonomous Production Unit, focusing on end-to-end performance in safety, quality, and compliance for vaccine products. Your responsibilities will include leading a self-directed team, anticipating customer needs, and implementing continuous improvement processes. You'll also integrate business planning cycles to enhance alignment with operational and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead APU team operations with a focus on compliance • Drive quality initiatives and maintain audit readiness • Ensure facilities operate safely and reliably • Utilize digital systems for compliance risk management • Collaborate on strategic planning and infrastructure needs

Requirements: • Bachelor's in Science/Engineering/Biology or equivalent • 8+ years in leadership within vaccine production • Strong communication and team management skills • Familiarity with aseptic processing in production • 10+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments
