Job description
Lead service delivery at UPP as the Associate Director of Employer and Employee Partner Experience in downtown Toronto. Focus on operational excellence and relationship management in a hybrid work setting.

As a key operational leader, you will ensure the delivery of top-notch service to employers and employee partners. Reporting to the Director, you will manage escalations and drive performance, promoting continuous improvement. Your role will be pivotal in implementing service priorities that enhance member experiences and operational readiness across UPP's service offerings.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead daily operations ensuring high service quality • Develop strong relationships with employer and partner organizations • Act as escalation point for complex service issues • Monitor performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities • Coach and oversee the service delivery team

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree required; postgraduate degree preferred • 8-10 years in employer services or pension administration • Proven experience in service operations and relationship management • Strong analytical and communication skills • Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
