Booster Juice has an exciting opportunity for a passionate Digital Specialist. This full-time in-person position is based out of our head office in Edmonton.

What You’ll Do:

As part of our superstar Marketing team, you’ll work closely with our National Director of Marketing to expand and engage audiences, all while positively influencing consumer behaviour and ensuring the smooth execution of marketing initiatives. This role requires you to be comfortable in managing projects and events, as well as coordinating production, timelines, and logistics for regional and national marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

● Brand Ambassador: Represent the brand effectively when dealing with external vendors and stakeholders.

● Assist and Execute: Support our stellar marketing team with Regional and National Marketing Initiatives, as well as coordinating production of content, managing timelines, and maintaining online presence through social media and digital marketing initiatives.

● Project coordination: Guide various internal and external projects, campaigns, contests, and events, ensuring every rhythm is on point and every note is harmonized to perfection.

● Franchisee Support: Serve as the point of contact for local store social media and digital advertising requests and initiatives, managing and maintaining positive relationships with Franchisees.

● Product Development: Participate in new product development and recipe testing.

● Content Writing: Writing copy for Booster Juice initiatives spanning social media, content scripts, and proposals.

● Social Media Management: Update social media accounts, create and post content through social media platforms, and manage digital advertising.

● Reporting & Analysis: Conducting comprehensive reporting and analysis on various facets of Booster Juice’s marketing activities to communicate its impact.

● Flexible Schedule: Be available for occasional evening and weekend work as necessary.

• Eye for the Design and Trends: Keen attention to detail and having a flair for design and social trends.

• Writing Skills: Exceptional writing skills with the ability to adapt your style to each project's unique vibe.

• Education: Currently pursuing or have acquired a diploma/degree in Digital Marketing or a related field.

• Experience: Previous experience in a digital and social media marketing or transferable position.

• Organization: Stellar organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and ever-changing priorities.

• Critical Thinker: You’re looking past the surface of a project, bringing resourcefulness and critical thinking to everything you do.

• Team Player: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with different teams.

• Ready to Learn: Fearlessness when seizing opportunities, embracing feedback and learning opportunities.

The pay range for this role is:
60,000 - 70,000 CAD per year(Edmonton, AB)
