About the opportunity: The Sr. Manager, SAP Sales/Distribution (SD) and Trade Management (TPM) Applications leads the strategic direction, implementation, and optimization of enterprise‑wide SAP solutions. This leadership role ensures SAP systems align with organizational goals, drive operational efficiency, and meet compliance standards. The role combines technical depth, people management, and innovation to enable scalable and cost‑effective IT service delivery.

Foster a collaborative and innovative environment that promotes professional growth and high team performance through managing a large team of SAP professionals delivering projects and support.
Enable knowledge‑sharing and documentation of best practices
Project Delivery & ERP Oversight
Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of SAP ERP and third‑party solutions across business units.
Oversee system performance and user experience of SAP modules SD and TPM along with other software solutions such as OroCommerce, Koerber and Ortec.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to defined quality standards.
Technical Execution
Guide development activities, ensuring best practices in code quality, reusability, and maintainability.
Drive solution design, configuration, interface development, and architecture aligned with business requirements.
Conduct technical reviews and ensure alignment with corporate standards.
Lead rapid prototyping efforts to validate solutions and collect data.
Promote digital transformation and reengineering of legacy processes for improved ROI.
Define metrics and performance goals to drive measurable improvements.
Ensure systems meet security, compliance, and risk management policies.
Lead development and testing of business continuity plans.
Manage third‑party vendor relationships, contracts, and performance.
Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a liaison between IT and senior business unit leaders to align technology with organizational needs.
Translate complex technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
Collaborate across divisions to elicit, analyze, and deliver on functional and non‑functional requirements.
What you will bring:
University degree (or equivalent level of work experience)
SAP Certification in SD and/or TPM
15+ years of implementing and supporting SAP across different industries
Experience in implementing and supporting CRM systems
Experience in the consumer packaged goods industry
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Expert knowledge in SAP systems, cloud platforms, and digital transformation practices.
Experience in solution architecture, operations, and system reliability.
Strong vendor negotiation and contract management abilities.
Proven track record of delivering high‑impact IT projects in complex environments.

$127,000 – $158,800+ .
