Job description
Elevate client and team engagement as an Account Success Coordinator. This remote position emphasizes outstanding communication and support issue resolution for optimal operational flow.

We are seeking a proactive individual with at least 3 years' experience in Account Management or Customer Success. As a crucial link between our strategy, team members, and clients, you will conduct performance reviews, manage communications, and monitor account health. Your high emotional intelligence will help you build rapport and navigate delicate situations effectively.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead constructive feedback sessions with team members • Manage the WhatsApp group for team communications • Resolve client support tickets in a timely manner • Assist with client communications, ensuring professionalism • Prepare team invoices and manage leave submissions

Requirements: • 3+ years in Account Management or Customer Success • Experience with performance reviews and feedback sessions • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Familiarity with Monday.com, Clockify, Google Workspace, and HubSpot • Must work remotely with high-speed internet
