Job description
Drive defence readiness initiatives at AtkinsRéalis as a Portfolio Director, focusing on growth in Ontario's Defence Construction sector and Canadian Armed Forces support programs. Take charge of client relations for impactful program delivery.

This senior-level position will have you leading strategic client relationships and overseeing the integration of expert resources to meet client needs. You will craft growth strategies, manage capture initiatives, and ensure your pursuits align with both federal priorities and corporate targets. Your extensive background in infrastructure programs will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead relationships with Ontario DCC stakeholders and military organizations • Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives • Translate federal investment plans into actionable pipelines • Drive capture strategies and pricing approaches • Report on strategy and performance to senior leadership

Requirements: • Engineering or Business degree required • Experience in business development within defence • Strong proficiency in capture management • Experience mentoring and training teams • Knowledge of CAF operations and procurement
