Job Summary We are currently looking for a Customer Experience Manager based at the Milton Office and covering Ontario's Southwestern region.

Job Responsibilities Reporting to the Vice-President, Sales, the Customer Experience Manager will lead the Customer Experience team to ensure customer satisfaction through proper development, implementation, and execution of sales policies and procedures. The Manager will directly supervise 3 Customer Experience Coordinators and a total of about 10 team members, including Dispatchers and Customer Experience Representatives located in Milton, Bolton, Cambridge, and Woodstock. Responsibilities include staff coaching, development, and training to deliver superior service in order taking; logistics and transportation; contract management; inventory control; pricing, contact, and customer information and database management. The Manager will maintain constructive relationships with the sales, production, and planning teams.

Job Requirements

College diploma in business administration or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience and 3 years in a supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of best‑in‑class practices in logistics and customer service.

Excellent leadership, teamwork, and people skills.

Superior problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.

Analytical mind.

Initiative and autonomy.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and computers.

English spoken and written proficiency.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary: $72,000 to $89,000.
