The General Manager will be responsible for performance management, operational efficiency, and fostering a strong team culture. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee all branch operations and ensure efficient material movement • Manage and develop a team of 25+ employees • Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee audits regularly • Financially approve branch expenditures and manage P&L • Collaborate with sales to align on customer needs

Requirements: • Minimum 5 years in branch management or operations • Background in building materials or industrial distribution preferred • Proven leadership skills managing teams over 15 • Strong operational awareness in fast-paced settings • Excellent communication skills with a customer-first approach
