Develop and implement scalable, cost-effective technologies that enable business goals
Design KPIs, dashboards, and data models that support operational and financial reporting

Business Systems Ownership & Governance
Oversee day-to-day performance of core business systems, ensuring stability, reliability, and usability

Develop and maintain system documentation, governance processes, access controls, and data quality standards
Provide guidance and execution on data strategy, system governance, and user training
Collaboration & Vendor/SLS Management
Collaborate closely with SLS teams to align on requirements, timelines, integrations, and support models
Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to achieve SLAs, cost efficiency, and successful delivery
Own cross-system integrations and data flows, coordinating across internal teams and external vendors
Team Leadership
Coach and lead a small team of systems analysts focused on solution delivery, support, and user enablement
Our ideal candidate has:

Excellent business partnership skills - can gather requirements, build trust, and deliver outcomes
Comfortable
balancing strategy and execution , from defining the roadmap to building the prototype
Experience working in matrixed environments with Shared Services (SLS) or external system hosts
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Nice to Have:
