Job description
Elevate philanthropy efforts as the Senior Donor Relations Officer at NAIT, fostering impactful donor relationships through personalized engagement in a hybrid work environment.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Donor Relations, this strategic leadership role is vital to NAIT's philanthropic initiatives. You will develop stewardship plans for principal gift donors with customized communication and accountability strategies. Collaboration with various stakeholders ensures a cohesive approach to donor engagement, enhancing institutional transparency and inspiring investment into educational priorities.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage personalized stewardship plans for major donors • Lead impact reporting for $1M+ gifts and partnerships • Collaborate with teams for integrated donor engagement • Advise on complex gift stewardship and communications • Execute bespoke donor engagement events and opportunities

Requirements: • Relevant degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications • 3-5 years in fund development and donor relations • Proven experience with principal or complex gift stewardship • Strong knowledge of fundraising best practices • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
