Job description
Lead the dining experience at Assiniboine Park and Zoo as the Director of Operations for Food & Beverage. Focus on maximizing resources and ensuring top-notch service and operational standards.

In this pivotal role reporting to the VP of Hospitality, you’ll implement a strategic Food Services vision while managing budgets and overseeing event execution. Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Management team to enhance guest experiences while controlling inventory and maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage restaurant and concessions staff with the Executive Chef • Oversee budgets, expenses, and menu standards • Support Banquets & Catering events planning • Maintain F&B licenses and sanitation codes • Drive innovative solutions for guest engagement

Requirements: • 5+ years in Food & Beverage Management • Experience in high-volume operations required • Strong leadership and communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to learn new systems • Flexible schedule required for extended shifts and weekends
