Job description
Elevate your career as a Project Coordinator at Sarina Homes. This role emphasizes critical thinking and organization, ensuring smooth project execution in a vibrant environment.

In this position, you will work closely with Project Managers to coordinate residential construction projects from conception to completion. Your ability to manage schedules, documentation, and stakeholder communications will be crucial as you help to resolve issues and keep projects aligned with goals and budgets.

Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate project phases under Project Managers' guidance • Manage key project documents and contracts effectively • Track and communicate RFI's, SI's, and construction drawings • Collaborate with team members, contractors, and subcontractors • Monitor project progress and report updates regularly

Requirements: • At least 3 years of experience in project coordination • Prior work with architectural firms or builders is a plus • Strong understanding of construction processes and regulations • Proficient in relevant software and Microsoft Office Suite • Preferred university degree in engineering or architecture
