People & Culture Coordinator
Location: Halton Region, ON (On-site with 1 flexible WFH day/week)

We are partnering with a well-established organization in Halton Region to support the addition of a People & Culture Coordinator to their HR team. This is a broad, hands-on HR role ideal for an early-career professional who is looking to develop strong foundational experience across recruitment, HR coordination, and employee engagement in a dynamic, people-focused environment. You will join a lean HR team where adaptability, organization, and strong communication skills are essential to success. What You’ll Be Doing Recruitment Support
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities across a variety of roles
- Coordinate candidate communication, scheduling, and interview logistics
- Partner with external recruitment providers as needed
HR Coordination & Administration
- Support onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
- Maintain HR systems and employee records (Dayforce)
- Assist with documentation, reporting, and general HR inquiries
Employee Experience & Engagement
- Contribute to internal engagement initiatives and events
- Support initiatives that enhance workplace culture and employee experience
- Help maintain strong communication across teams and departments
What We’re Looking For Experience
- Previous HR or recruitment experience (open to early-career candidates)
- Exposure to HR systems and administrative coordination is an asset
