À ce titre, vous vous joindrez à l’équipe de gestion de produits. Vous aurez pour mandat de faciliter la transmission de la stratégie et de l’information de la gestion de produits vers les équipes des Ventes et des Opérations, ainsi que de soutenir le déploiement d’initiatives stratégiques.

Vous agirez à titre de courroie de transmission afin de recueillir la rétroaction du département des Ventes et de contribuer à l’élaboration d’initiatives à valeur ajoutée pour notre clientèle.

Vos responsabilités

• Présenter les initiatives stratégiques aux équipes des Ventes et des Opérations.
• Établir et suivre un calendrier d’activités de ventes et assurer le suivi auprès des différent·e·s intervenant·e·s afin de veiller à l’avancement des projets.
• Participer à la mise en œuvre de stratégies clés, notamment lors de lancements de produits, en veillant à l’exécution des étapes nécessaires à leur succès.
• Faire des comptes rendus à l’équipe de gestion de produits sur les occasions d’amélioration, en fonction de la rétroaction des Ventes et des Opérations.
• Collaborer avec les équipes des Ventes et des Opérations en faisant la promotion des programmes clés afin de mieux répondre aux besoins de la clientèle.
• Soutenir l’équipe de vente dédiée et la gestion de produits en facilitant le transfert d’information et en synthétisant les éléments clés de manière concise.

Qualifications requises

• Diplôme en gestion du commerce ou en administration des affaires, ou combinaison équivalente d’études et d’expérience, avec une forte composante en comptabilité ou en finance.
• Minimum de 3 à 5 ans d’expérience pertinente.
• Excellentes compétences en communication en français et en anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit. Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous serez amené·e à collaborer régulièrement avec des client·e·s internes partout au Canada.
• Bonne connaissance de MS Office, en particulier de PowerPoint.
