Job description
Elevate your career with Interior Health as a Director of P3 Operations. Lead contract management and operations, ensuring quality services and compliance in a hybrid work model.

As Director, you will oversee the development, procurement, and management of P3-related Contracted Services. Your leadership will guide a team focused on maintaining high standards in service delivery and contract compliance. Collaborate with various corporate programs, ensuring operational alignment and effective management of capital projects.

Key Responsibilities: • Direct and supervise P3 Operations staff and team performance • Develop and manage contracts with external contractors and agencies • Establish service levels and ensure contract compliance • Engage in planning for major capital projects • Represent Interior Health in procurement and contracting discussions

Requirements: • Extensive experience in contract management and P3 operations • Strong leadership and supervisory skills • Knowledge of health sector operational standards • Excellent negotiation and communication skills • Commitment to health and safety compliance
