Job description
Transform customer engagement as Director of Customer Success at Equinix. Lead a dynamic team, optimize the Gainsight platform, and enhance the customer journey to drive lasting impact.

Equinix is seeking a Director with over eight years of product management experience, including a minimum of four years in leadership roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Customer Success, Gainsight platform, and B2B SaaS operations. You will set strategic direction, manage the product life cycle, and ensure alignment with operational needs and revenue engagement.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead Product Managers and Contractors to drive performance • Own Customer Success product experience and workflows • Set vision for Gainsight platform adoption and usage • Establish customer health scoring integrated with Salesforce • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development

Requirements: • 8+ years in product management with leadership experience • Proven success in implementing Customer Success methodologies • Hands-on Gainsight experience for configuration and management • Background in managing B2B SaaS customer operations • Strong leadership in talent development and succession planning
