Job description
Step into a unique Chief Financial Officer role with Kingston Community Credit Union Ltd. (KCCU), where finance aligns with community impact and member values. Lead financial strategy and foster organizational purpose across Ontario. As KCCU's CFO, you will be a strategic steward ensuring financial strength while promoting accountability and shared success. Your role is pivotal in guiding decisions that uplift community prosperity and sustain the credit union's mission. Collaborate closely with the CEO and Board to shape a values-driven future for KCCU. Key Responsibilities: • Guide financial strategies for long-term sustainability • Translate insights into member-focused decisions • Ensure governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance • Steward responsible growth and investment management • Strengthen relationships with members and stakeholders Requirements: • Senior financial leadership experience preferred • Expertise in financial reporting and risk management • Strong partnership experience with Boards • Understanding of regulatory environments • Professional designation (e.g., CPA) preferred Become part of KCCU's leadership, influencing financial outcomes with a commitment to community wellbeing. #J-18808-Ljbffr
