Job description
Hardy Construction est une compagnie qui a été fondé en 1989. Nous sommes à la recherche d'un.e e stimateur.trice pour notre succursale d'Amos. Principales responsabilités : Étudier et interpréter les plans et devis des projets en appels d’offres; Procéder au relevé de quantités et des matériaux; Effectuer les visites de soumission sur les chantiers; Préparer la documentation nécessaire pour chaque soumission; Maîtriser les normes et les règlements de l’industrie; Lire, analyser et maîtriser les documents d’appel d’offres; Être en mesure d’identifier les risques; Créer, envoyer et suivre les invitations à soumissionner aux différents intervenants concernés; S’assurer du contenu de tous les montants reçus des fournisseurs et sous-traitants et vérifier leur conformité avec les exigences des documents de soumission lors de la compilation et des fermetures de soumissions ; Communiquer avec les différents intervenants (architectes, ingénieurs, clients, designers, gestionnaires); Mettre à jour les listes de prix et les renégocier régulièrement avec les fournisseurs; Établir un échéancier préliminaire des travaux; Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les différents départements de l’organisation. Compétences recherchées : Connaissances techniques en génie civil ; Maîtrise des logiciels d'estimation ; Capacité d'analyse et sens du détail ; Bonne organisation et gestion des priorités ; Diplôme pertinent lié à l'emploi.
