Job description
Join an advanced engineering company in Windsor and Chatham, Ontario, as General Manager. This role focuses on operational leadership in high-performance, regulated industries. As General Manager, you will lead our Canadian operations with a commitment to quality, safety, and efficiency. Your responsibilities will center on ensuring seamless collaboration across sales, engineering, and production while adhering to strict project management practices. This hands-on position requires a strategist who can oversee complex operations and drive results in high-stakes environments. Key Responsibilities: • Manage daily operations and ensure quality output • Align project scopes with production capabilities • Establish performance metrics and financial controls • Enforce project management and quality assurance frameworks • Lead collaborative discussions among functional teams Requirements: • Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or similar) • 10+ years of operational leadership experience • Demonstrated success in managing project-based work • Knowledge of financial management and cost control • PMP or Professional Engineer designation preferred Drive operational excellence and ensure rigorous project execution while enhancing overall business performance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
