Your Role And Responsibilities As a Consultant Intern at IBM, you will assist clients in the selection, implementation, and production support of application packaged solutions, such as SAP, to meet client needs. Leveraging a growth mindset, you're ready and willing to deliver business value, wherever needed. In your role, you may be responsible for:

Assist clients in selection, implementation, and support of packaged software solutions.

Support strategic recommendations and leverage business knowledge to drive solutions for clients and their management.

Facilitate or support workshops, meetings, project management and stakeholder interviews.

Develop process maps to understand As-Is and To-Be scenarios.

This position resides in Toronto/Ottawa/Montreal/Calgary and is a 4-month work term commencing in September 2026. It is mandatory that all applicants are enrolled in full-time studies at a post‑secondary institution and returning to full-time studies upon completion of the work-term. Please note that MBA and PhD candidates are not eligible for this program.
