Job description
Drive impactful railway projects with HDR as a Railway Engineering Advisory Services Leader based in Omaha, Nebraska. Lead interdisciplinary teams and manage expert analyses in railway design and project feasibility.

In this senior role, you will coordinate with various market sectors and deliver technical expertise in planning, conceptual design, and budgeting for rail projects. Your responsibilities extend to developing financial models and collaborating across HDR's diverse service areas. Engage with clients including railroads and government entities to enhance HDR's project visibility and growth.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead technical planning and analysis for rail projects • Manage project scopes, budgets, and feasibility studies • Collaborate with cross-functional service areas at HDR • Develop client engagement strategies for business growth • Mentor staff to elevate team capabilities

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering required • 10 years of railway design experience preferred • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required • Proven project management skills for 5 years • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and MicroStation
