THE ROLE As a Senior Operations Manager (Programs/Services) within our Personnel Support Programs (PSP) team, you will spearhead strategic initiatives and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations. You will plan, manage and oversee the delivery of all programs and services, including hospitality (messes), physical fitness, sports, recreation, health promotion, special interest activities and community service programs. You will build strong relationships and be the trusted advisor for your team and external stakeholders.
You will ensure business plans and financial objectives are met, reporting and recommending corrective actions for discrepancies. You will develop and implement budgets and business plans, monitor revenues and expenses to maintain financial health, control assets and authorize financial transactions within the approved budget.

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED Education, Certifications and Licenses Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Physical Education, Recreation, or Health Promotion, AND several years of management experience in a related field.

Planning, managing, controlling and evaluating the operations and delivery of multi‑business operations.
Providing advice and guidance.
Business and strategic planning.
Managing projects.
Financial administration.
Budget administration.
Personnel administration.
Writing, interpreting and applying policies, procedures, regulations and applicable legislation.
Competencies
Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.
Language Requirements English Essential / Bilingual (English and French) – an asset. Reading: Advanced. Writing: Functional. Oral: Advanced.
