Job description
Start your career as a Junior Estimator with Wildwood Masonry Ltd in Saint John, NB. This onsite role focuses on estimating material and labor costs for construction projects.

Wildwood Masonry Ltd is looking for a full-time Junior Estimator in Saint John. The position involves preparing estimates and pre-qualification submissions based on blueprints and specifications. You will liaise closely with engineers and contractors to ensure accurate cost assessments and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities: • Prepare estimates for labor and material costs • Create and submit estimates and bid forms • Read blueprints and specifications accurately • Analyze tenders and recommend contract awards • Communicate with stakeholders on cost adjustments

Requirements: • College diploma in civil drafting or engineering • Familiarity with CAD/CADD and project management • Willingness to learn; prior experience not required • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent oral and written communication skills
