Job descriptionThe Talent Development Training Manager – Health, Safety & Facility Services will be responsible for leading training strategy, prioritization, and program oversight for EllisDon’s Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and Facility Services groups. This role ensures training initiatives are aligned to operational and regulatory needs while remaining consistent with the organisation’s broader Talent Development standards. Health and safety experience is valued but not required.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary Talent Development point of contact for HSE and Facility Services leaders.
Partner with stakeholders to understand operational, regulatory, and workforce priorities.
Support and develop Talent Development Program managers to translate business needs into clear training priorities and program plans.
Lead and support a team delivering training initiatives within these streams.
Manage program demand, capacity, and prioritisation.
Oversee program health, effectiveness, and reporting to senior leaders.
Ensure alignment with enterprise training development cycle and brand standards while meeting specialised needs.
Collaborate closely with the broader Talent Development and People & Culture teams.
Experience & Capabilities
Experience leading training, learning, or capability-building initiatives in complex environments.
Strong stakeholder and people leadership skills.
Ability to oversee multiple programs and balance competing priorities.
Health, safety, or operational experience is an asset.
The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000
