Job description
Elevate your career with Suger as a Technical Customer Support Manager in Downtown Vancouver. Act as the primary contact for troubleshooting, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

This role involves supporting clients through technical issues, working closely with product and engineering teams. You will handle customer inquiries, escalate problems, and deliver timely updates to ensure seamless resolutions. Experience in managing multiple issues while maintaining clear communication is key for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the main contact for customer-reported issues • Triaging support requests and prioritizing by impact • Write structured bug reports for Engineering and Product teams • Communicate issue statuses and resolutions to customers • Maintain support documentation and FAQs

Requirements: • 3+ years in technical support or similar role • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to de-escalate tense situations effectively • Highly organized in managing multiple issues • Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
