Job description
Lead innovative contracting strategies at Astellas Pharma Canada as a Senior Manager in Trade Relations. Collaborate with teams to maximize trade partner opportunities through data-driven insights.

In this pivotal role, you will guide strategic initiatives to enhance performance goals for distribution partners across Astellas Pharma Canada. Your expertise in trade relations, GPO management, and analytics will shape innovative strategies that align with sales ambitions. You’ll also support day-to-day operations with wholesalers and monitor key inventory metrics for optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities: • Drive strategic initiatives to maximize trade partners' opportunities • Monitor inventory levels and sales performance metrics • Support wholesaler distribution activities effectively • Negotiate and manage contracts with distribution partners • Foster strong relationships with wholesalers and GPOs

Requirements: • University degree in relevant field • Minimum 7 years in the pharmaceutical industry • 5 years in trade relations or GPO management • 3+ years experience in project management • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP
