Our Edmonton client is looking for a skilled M365 Analyst to join their team for an initial six month contract with a strong possibility of extension. This hybrid role offers a great balance of technical configuration and collaborative solution design within a stable enterprise environment. You will play a key part in maintaining and evolving their Microsoft ecosystem, working on everything from Exchange Online and SharePoint to the latest Copilot tools. Responsibilities• Configure and administer SharePoint sites, Teams, permissions, and document libraries.
• Manage Exchange Online mailbox setup, distribution groups, and mail policies.
• Provide Tier 2 technical support for escalated tickets involving M365 and Azure services.
• Build and refine Power Automate flows to improve business workflows and efficiency.
• Monitor service performance and resolve outages or security concerns across the platform.
• Translate functional requirements into technical specifications for new M365 solutions.
• Document all troubleshooting steps and technical resolutions within the enterprise ITSM system.
Qualifications• Post secondary degree or diploma in a related field with four years of relevant experience.
• Minimum four years of hands on experience in M365 administration and troubleshooting.
• Proven background working in an enterprise IT support environment using ticketing systems.
• Technical experience with Power Platform, SharePoint, and Exchange Online.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications in M365, Azure, or Power Platform are highly valued.
