• Client Leadership: Serve as the primary media lead and account contact, directing performance reviews and strategic recommendations with transparency.
• Performance Reporting: Develop measurement frameworks tied to lead generation KPIs and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to present performance insights and forward-looking recommendations.
• Quality Assurance: Review and QA team work to maintain high output quality and reduce errors.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between paid media and internal teams (creative, CRO, analytics) to ensure integrated campaign execution and messaging tailored to high-intent audiences.
Qualifications• Experience: 5+ years of experience in paid media strategy, planning, or account leadership in an agency environment, with a specific focus on lead generation.
• Platform Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, programmatic, and/or video platforms.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience working with clients in higher education, financial services, insurance, healthcare, or B2B industries.
• Analytical Skills: Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing, lead quality metrics (MQL/SQL, cost-per-qualified-lead), and the ability to turn data into strategic insights.
• Communication: Excellent client communication skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders and leading strategic meetings.
