This job posting is for an existing, active vacancy and We are looking to hire Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management Techno functional Consultant in Brampton, ON (Onsite) & Calgary, AB (Onsite), immediately who has strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.
Role Overview:
Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM cloud modules, Payroll configuration, Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts/HDL, BIP reporting and OTBI reports.
- The candidate must have experience in Implementing and support in Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll.
- The candidate must have experience in at least 2 end to end implementation and support in Oracle Payroll.
- Good understanding on various payroll Element configurations.
- Good understanding on managing Calculation cards, Element Entries, Balances, Payment Methods, Payment Distribution.
- Understanding Quick Pay, Payroll Flow, Retro Processing functionality.
- Manage end-to-end payroll lifecycle, including deductions, taxes, and payroll processing.
- Troubleshooting day-to-day payroll issues.
- Customize seeded templates and reports.
- Should be able to understand and articulate business requirements and propose solutions after performing appropriate due diligence.
- Should have experience in BIP reporting and developing OTBI reports and Dashboards.
- Perform data migration (HDL/HCM Extracts) and payroll validation.
- Should have good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
The pay range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000* per annum including any bonuses or variable pay. The pay range for this role is CAD $65/hr to CAD $85/hr.
