Job description
Lead Mt Seymour's electrical operations with expertise as the Electrical Manager. You'll oversee ski lift systems and ensure top-tier maintenance in a dynamic outdoor setting.

This hands-on leadership role requires a strong technical background and management skills to support a team of electricians. You will be responsible for supervising daily tasks, maintaining compliance with safety standards, and managing preventative maintenance. Your contributions ensure the reliability and efficiency of Mt Seymour’s electrical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities: • Supervise team of electricians and apprentices • Oversee maintenance and repair of electrical systems • Develop and manage preventative maintenance programs • Lead electrical projects and system upgrades • Ensure compliance with the Canadian Electrical Code

Requirements: • Interprovincial Red Seal Electrician certification • 5+ years as a ticketed electrician • Knowledge of motor controls and PLCs • Strong leadership or supervisory experience • Comfortable working at heights with safety certifications
