Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

We are looking for a Asset Allocation Analyst for our growing team!
What you’ll do here:
Participation in numerous meetings dealing with different asset classes with your team as well as other teams at Intact Investment Management
Support for managers and analysts of the asset allocation team in investment decisions and portfolio optimization
Conducting performance forecasts for all asset classes considered by Intact Investment Management
Monitoring the insurance portfolio and the fund
Meetings with external experts from various markets, strategists, and economists
Monitoring of the capital protection model
Learning several software programs (Bloomberg, Excel, and the Office suite)
Execution of various special projects, including the improvement of quantitative models used by the asset allocation team
What you bring to the table:
Bachelor of Business Administration, focus in finance or finance- economics, in progress
Internship experience (an asset)
You are curious and interested in the field of investment
You have problem-solving and decision-making skills
You enjoy collaborating with colleagues and partners
You have basic proficiency in Excel
For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English speaking colleagues across the country.
No Canadian work experience required, but must be eligible to work in Canada.
You are available 35 hours per week from August 31 to December 18, 2026
Must be currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution during the internship
