The Mission: What You’ll Do As our General Branch Manager , you aren't just managing an office; you are the CEO of your branch.
You will be the architect of your team's success, the champion of our culture, and the driver of growth.
Lead & Inspire You’re not just a "supervisor." You are a mentor.
You will interview, hire, and develop the next generation of logistics superstars.
You’ll set the goals, allocate the bonuses, and create an environment where people want to show up and win every day.
Drive the Engine (Sales & Strategy) You’ll be the face of ALC in your market.
From identifying high-value prospects to closing major bids, you will develop the strategic roadmap to acquire new customers and maximize our current partnerships.
You’ll work with our National Accounts team to ensure we are winning on a local and global scale.
Manage the P&L This is your business.
You’ll have full fiscal responsibility for your branch, managing budgets, establishing financial goals, and ensuring the long-term profitability and health of your office.
You’ll step in to solve complex problems, manage claims with a steady hand, and ensure our reputation for "Exceptional Customer Service" remains the gold standard in the industry.
Who You Are You’re a high-stakes problem solver who thrives under pressure and loves seeing your team succeed as much as you love winning a new account.
The Experience: You have at least 3 years of management experience specifically within the Freight Brokerage/3PL world.
You know the industry inside and out.
The Leader: You know how to motivate different personalities and build a cohesive, high-performing team.
The Strategist: You don’t just react to the market; you anticipate it.
You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and a master of time management.
The Communicator: You can negotiate a complex deal and resolve a conflict with the same level of poise and professionalism.
The Academic (Bonus): A college degree is highly desired, but we value real-world grit and equivalent experience just as much.
