Job description
Shape the future of technology and sustainability with Electronic Recycling Association as a paid Board Member with CIO expertise. Provide high-level guidance on IT strategy, cybersecurity, and asset management. As an influential leader in a part-time advisory role, you will lend your CIO-level insights to help advance the mission of this Canadian non-profit. Your experience in IT asset disposition and e-waste recycling will be crucial as you drive strategic initiatives and expand partnerships. This position blends advisory duties with active participation in quarterly board meetings and strategic consultations. Key Responsibilities: • Advise on IT infrastructure and emerging technologies • Help expand the network of partners and depots • Provide insights on operational scalability and digital transformation • Facilitate new relationships that advance ERA's mission • Participate in quarterly board meetings and strategic sessions Requirements: • Proven CIO, CTO, or senior technology executive experience • Strong network in technology and sustainability sectors • Demonstrated success in scaling operations • Passion for environmental sustainability and digital inclusion • Board-level experience or readiness Utilize your expertise to make a lasting impact on e-waste recycling and community outreach with ERA. #J-18808-Ljbffr
