Job description
Advance your IAM career as an IAM Support Analyst with Agentic AI, focusing on CyberArk and security data platforms. This role provides the chance to work with emerging AI-driven access controls.

As a Senior IAM Systems Support Analyst, you will be pivotal in operating the CyberArk Agentic AI systems. You will troubleshoot complex issues, document operational processes, and ensure compliance with security policies, contributing to the successful management of identity access across various platforms. Additionally, your mentorship will support junior team members in mastering essential IAM concepts.

Key Responsibilities: • Investigate and resolve CyberArk Agentic AI incidents • Drive improvements in incident resolution timelines • Maintain and enhance support documentation and runbooks • Work with product teams to address feature gaps • Test and monitor the deployment of Agentic AI capabilities

Requirements: • 5+ years in IAM operations with CyberArk • Advanced skills in diagnosing multi-system issues • Comprehensive understanding of authentication frameworks • Experience with REST APIs and JSON data • Excellent documentation and communication abilities
