Job description
Enhance CGIC’s fraud prevention strategies as the Manager, Enterprise Fraud Strategy and Initiatives, in a dynamic hybrid setting. Lead a team focused on robust fraud detection methodologies.

This role within CGIC’s Claims department emphasizes the development of effective Property and Casualty fraud strategies. You will guide a team of fraud experts in executing strategic initiatives aimed at improving detection and suppression capabilities. Partnering with industry stakeholders and internal teams, you will ensure that fraud considerations are paramount in business strategies.

Key Responsibilities: • Spearhead fraud strategy development and execution • Ensure integration of fraud considerations in decisions • Liaise with external partners for fraud strategy implementation • Monitor KPIs related to fraud investments • Influence senior decision-making with data-driven insights

Requirements: • 5 years of experience in fraud strategy leadership • Degree in Criminology or related field • In-depth understanding of fraud detection methods • Familiarity with data analytics and technology • Strong leadership skills for team mentoring
