Job description
Become a Project Manager in powerline construction with Ledcor, located in Kitchener, Ontario. Lead projects to success while adhering to budgetary and safety standards.

As a Project Manager, you will direct day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and meet all regulatory requirements. Your role will involve leading subcontractor teams, conducting safety reviews, and managing both the timeline and financial objectives of complex construction projects. Your strong managerial skills will be crucial in cultivating a productive team environment.

Key Responsibilities: • Own project estimates and manage bid package responsibilities • Ensure safety compliance through Project Specific Safety Programs • Lead project meetings and stakeholder coordination • Maintain and track project financial aspects • Facilitate the Project Quality Program for compliance

Requirements: • 10–15 years in powerline or utility construction • Extensive estimation experience in complex projects • Effective negotiation and management abilities • Post-secondary education in a relevant field preferred • Proven leadership and organizational skills
