Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled Application Production Support Analyst for a 24×7 Global delivery model. The role focuses on ensuring high availability, rapid incident resolution, and operational excellence across real‑time and batch processing systems.
Responsibilities
Provide L1/L2/L3 production support for enterprise applications built on microservices architecture.
Perform incident triage, root cause analysis, and resolution within SLA timelines.
Lead and manage incident triage bridges, coordinating with cross‑functional teams.
Monitor application health using Splunk and Grafana dashboards for proactive issue detection.
Analyze logs and quickly query using Splunk for faster troubleshooting.
Support and troubleshoot batch jobs (Unix‑based) including scheduling, failures, and recovery.
Query, validate data, and analyze issues in Cassandra DB.
Qualifications
5–8 years of experience in Application Production Support.
Strong understanding of microservices architecture.
Hands‑on expertise in Splunk, Grafana dashboards, Cassandra DB, Unix/Linux scripting, AWS services (EC2, CloudWatch, etc.), and Kubernetes.
Proven ability to triage issues quickly and drive resolution under pressure.
Strong experience in incident management and bridge handling.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting large‑scale, high‑availability enterprise applications.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Exposure to observability frameworks and automation tools.
Role Location Ontario, Canada
Compensation Range $78,000 – $98,000 per year
Benefits Full‑time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro‑rated for new hires), paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. Eligible for supplemental healthcare coverage and basic life insurance. Temporary and part‑time employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro‑rated for new hires). Employees receiving benefits beyond standard statutory sick leave will be covered under local law.
