Job description
Join a thriving fibre infrastructure initiative as a Project Coordinator / Permit Specialist, working remotely on a significant project throughout Western Canada. Your organizational skills will be essential for managing complex permit submissions.

In this 6-month contract role, you will ensure smooth processes for permit approvals while remaining detail-oriented and proactive. You will handle documentation, monitor permit statuses, and work in coordination with design teams to manage revisions. Your ability to thrive in a hybrid work model enhances flexibility and productivity.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage and coordinate all permit submissions effectively • Complete documentation with high accuracy and efficiency • Keep internal and external systems updated with permit statuses • Ensure timely communication of revisions needed • Track and update permits daily within deadlines

Requirements: • Minimum 1 year of project coordination experience • Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Effective communication and organizational abilities • CAD experience is preferred
